Rules for using the service, rights of the parties, and limits of liability for All Mini Golf training modules.

01 / Subject of the Service Content of the Training Modules
All Mini Golf offers operational management courses for administering sports and entertainment venues: OPEX calculation, CRM and booking system automation, staff time management, and service standardization.
02 / Rights of the Parties Obligations of the User and the Provider
The user is granted access to the training materials for personal use. The provider ensures module updates and technical support within the scope of the current agreement.
03 / Limitation of Liability Limits of Result Guarantees
The training materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the achievement of specific financial results, as the outcome depends on the specifics of the facility and management decisions.
04 / Restrictions on Use Prohibited Actions
Commercial resale of the materials, transfer to third parties, distribution of course recordings, and use of the training content to create a competing product are prohibited.
05 / Termination of the Agreement Conditions for Suspending Access
The provider has the right to suspend access in the event of a breach of the rules. The user may withdraw from the service at any time by written notice via email.
06 / Changes to the Terms Notification of Updates
Changes to the terms take effect 14 days after publication. The user is notified by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
